The name “Jujutsu Kaisen” has spread like a fire in the anime and manga world. With an amazing story and a gripping plotline, jujutsu kaisen has entered the fan’s hearts with a bang. The manga written by Gege Akutami began serialising in 2018 and became the fifth best selling manga in the year 2020, with over 40 million copies in circulation. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 147 Release Date and Time

Background and Story
The story revolves around a boy named Itadori Yuuji. Yuuji is an unusually powerful & athletic boy who is a member of the occult club in his high school. Yuuji, although a perfect candidate for the athletics club, chooses to stay at the occult club so that he can devote his time to his hospitalized grandfather and his sole guardian.

On his death bed, Yuuji’s grandfather tells him that because he is strong, he should protect others and should be surrounded by friends and family on his death bed, unlike his grandfather.

Meanwhile, Yuuji encounters Megumi, who tells him that he’s carrying a very cursed item. An item with enough power to kill. Yuuji, in disarray, remembers that he gave the talisman to his seniors in the occult club and faces the real power of curses. When his seniors unwrap the talisman, they end up releasing the cursed power and face grave danger. In a desperate attempt to save Megumi and his friends Yuuji eats the cursed finger of Sukuna, the God of Curses.

According to the law of sorcerers, Yuuji must be eliminated at once. However, the boy shows extreme resilience to Sukuna’s power. Therefore, Megumi and his teacher Gojo Satoru (the most powerful exorcist in the world), decide to let him live. Satoru convinces the higher-ups to delay Yuuji’s execution until he consumes all 20 fingers of Sukuna, destroying the curse once and for all. Satoru then admits Yuuji into Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School. Thus begins the journey of Yuuji and his quest to find and eat all the 20 fingers. However, things aren’t as easy as they seem, with Sukuna’s soul planning its own evil revival.
