Farewell, My Dear Cramer (Sayonara Watashi no Cramer) is the anime by Naoshi Arakawa. In a description for a listing in the October issue of Kodansha‘s Monthly Shonen Magazine stated that the manga will soon get a film adaptation and also a television anime adaptation. Amazon Japan made this announcement.
But This listing did not give a clear picture of the medium of the film. The magazine will officially start shipping from September 4. Hence, the manga will come out on September 4.
Kodansha Comics will soon release the manga. This manga will come out digitally. Also, It is coming out simultaneously alongside with its release in Japanese. Along with this, there are also plans to release the manga in print.

The official description of the manga as given by the company is:
With no soccer accomplishments to speak of during the entirety of Sumire Suo’s junior high school years, the young wing gets an odd offer. Suo’s main rival, Midori Soshizaki, invites her to join up on the same team in high school, with a promise that she’ll never let Suo “play alone.” It’s an earnest offer, but the question is whether Suo will take her up on it. Thus the curtain opens on a story that collects an enormous cast of individual soccer-playing personalities!
In May 2016, Arakawa put the manga out. Also, Kodansha put out the manga’s 12th volume. It came out in Japan on June 17.
Before this, Arawaka created the two-volume Sayonara, a Football manga about girls’ soccer. All this happened back in 2010. This manga majorly focused on the female main lead who was studying in middle school.
Arakawa’s Your Lie in April manga is the inspiration for a 22-episode television anime series. This series firstly came out in October 2014. Also, Aniplex of America put out the series in one of its home videos. The manga is also the inspiration for a live-action film that came out in September 2016. Hence, Kodansha Comics put out the original manga in English.
