Synopsis
The series takes place in the present day when most people are ignorant that many musicians, especially those in the visual kei genre, are not human. Vampires have congregated in Harajuku as they become stronger and create a barrier known as Prison under the crimson moon. Every October, the vampires have a festival called the Visual Prison, during which those who offer the most beautiful song to the red moon are granted immense power. The narrative begins with Ange Yuki, a young boy who suffers from acute loneliness. With no one to call family. he heads to Harajuku to see his favourite musician, where he witnesses a live musical battle between visual kei groups ECLIPSE and LOS EDEN. His heart aches as a result of their energising performance.
When’s The Release Date For Visual Prison?
The anime will be released in Japan on October 8, 2021. No release dates for English-dubbed versions of “Visual Prison,” as well as the network that will air it, have been revealed yet for English-language viewers who choose to watch without subtitles. English-dubbed versions of Japanese anime usually appear in the United States two weeks after their Japanese premiere. Therefore, the English dubbed episodes will be available around the middle of October.
