The most awaited series that will be aired on 1st April 2021 on Netflix is getting the excitement hyped up as the 35 volume series is revived when Kodansha USA re-licensed its rights in the year 2020 for the viewer’s sake as the manga gained huge popularity in Japan. As of March 2021, there are about 35 million copies that are in circulation.

About The Series

By Hiroyuki Takei, the story revolves around the character Yoh Asakura who is a shaman and can connect the living world with that of the spirit world. He can be possessed by the spirit and do with their powers to his advantage. Besides the only thing that he can do to obtain the utmost power over other shamans to turn the world into a better place, he needs to fight a war of shamans that determines the most powerful shaman of all. To be empowered, he needs to take this only chance as it appears after every 500 years.

Yous’ fiancée takes the lead to formulate a ruthless battle strategy to train him into a warrior who can face off with other ambitious shamans, and his estranged brother, Hao Asakura, the evil of nature, aims to eradicate all incompetent Shamans and Humans.

To come victorious, he needs to form alliances, and there begins his journey to win the title of “The Shaman King” by vanquishing the people of The Patch Tribe who are obliged to serve The Shaman King to establish his power regime.

The confrontation of the two brothers on the battlefield with their respective allies for the gain of power to reshape the world by connecting with the Great Spirit will keep the viewers intrigued and inquisitive about how well the animation takes on the lead with the imaginations of its dedicated viewers.

 

Netflix has purchased the rights to provide this long-awaited, high-time series, all set to be served on the entertainment plate piping hot.
