Another masterpiece of Kazutaka Kodaka is getting an anime adaptation. Tribe Nine, a cyber football videogame, is getting an anime adaptation in January 2022. It’s unlike any other sports anime. However, it guarantees a set of exhilarating matches. Though the game was released in 2021 itself, the popularity paved its way to an anime adaptation as well as a webtoon.
Tribe Nine:
Tribe Nine is a baseball sports anime. However, it comes with an exciting twist. The anime takes place in a neo-Tokyo 20XX. Baseball is loved throughout the world, but we’ll be witnessing it with futuristic tech and cybernetic technology this time. The official YouTube channel of Tribe Nine released a promo video on September 30th, 2021. It introduced us to the animation as well as several characters of the anime. Featuring many heart-throbbing action scenes, the PV also gave us a glimpse of the storyline.

Since the game already gained success in such a short time, the franchise announced an anime adaptation. Moreover, they also confirmed a webtoon release on September 30th, 2021. The anime will be aired globally on Funimation at the same time as the Japanese release.
