The plot opens in a typical high school scenario. In his universe, the protagonist Seiichi Hiiragi is a chubby child whose classmates constantly torment him because he is weak. He is also a loner. The pupils are informed one day by a voice on the intercoms purporting to be God that they will be called heroes to another realm.

To travel to the other world, God grants them powers and instructs them to form groups. Naturally, no one wants to establish a group with Seiichi due to his poor numbers and weak abilities. All the other students left him alone and dispatched themselves in groups to go to the other world.

After realizing he is alone, God sends Seiichi to the other world with enhanced abilities. Seiichi spotted an odd fruit called an evolution fruit as he woke up in the woods. He finds a bunch of advanced monkeys producing potions and evolution fruits after eating the revolting fruits.

Seiichi robs the monkeys of their fruits and potions before fleeing. A monkey eventually catches up to him, but just as the monkey is ready to slay Seiichi, Seiichi kills the monkey with the horrible smell coming from his mouth. When Seiichi awakens, he notices a few things in front of him. They consisted of flesh, bones, the monkey’s abilities, and a book containing information.

Seiichi suddenly recognizes that it was because of his talent for “Complete dismantling,” which the so-called God had earlier indicated. A voice in Seiichis’s thoughts informs him that the Evolution fruit’s effects are now becoming active. Seiichi observes that his stats have dramatically improved and significantly reduced his weight.

Seiichi underwent nine fruit-based evolutions a few months later, significantly boosting his stats. It happens when a giant pink gorilla challenges Seiichi and demands a duel. The gorilla was a female named Saria. During their argument, Saria realizes she loves Seiichi and pulls him away, declaring she will marry him.

Seiichi makes another attempt to get rid of Saria after multiple failed attempts. Seiichi enters a tunnel to escape her, where he comes across a skeleton. According to Seiichi, the skeleton level is 1500. When the skeleton Zenos was going to strike Seiichi with his sword, Saria stood before him to defend him.

Seiichi then engages in combat with the skeleton. He eventually uses his sword to kill the skeleton. The skeleton thanks him and informs him that he will finally meet his love in the hereafter. Seiichi then observes Saria’s radiant body. Saria transforms into a stunning girl while believing that she has passed away.

This results in Seiichi’s final evolution, which makes him more attractive. Then Edward, a little sheep, materializes in front of them. Seiichi’s adventure starts when Edward congratulates him on finishing the dungeon and teleports him and Saria to another location.

Seiichi meets new individuals, vanquishes numerous formidable foes, and picks up new abilities like mastering magic throughout the series. Seiichi leaves the 12-episode first season wondering what adventures lie ahead as he heads to the Academy to teach magic.
