According to a few reports, Sony will add Crunchyroll to its pre-existing anime center, Funimation. It is true that $1.5 billion is “well above recent values for other niche streaming services” as per reports of Information. Also, Sony is allegedly unwilling to pay the money for a streaming platform of anime.

A few days ago, Warner Media went on a round of layoffs in between the efforts to organize it differently.
