Code Geass is a well-known anime around the world. The anime had two seasons which aired in 2006 and 2008, respectively. The game is set to be released on September 27th, 2021. It is a direct sequel to the Code Geass franchise. Hence, a new storyline would be greatly feasting for the fans. Genesis Re; code will be an RPG game, and thus, it is also referred to as ‘Geass RPG.’ The trailer of Genesis Re; code is produced by Sunrise. Takahiro Kimura has taken over as the animation director. Kimura was also the character designer of Lelouch of the Re;surrection. While the character designing of Genesis Re; code is done by CLAMP.
What Did The Opening Animation Of The Code Geass Game Reveal?
The trailer was released on YouTube on September 10th. Geass RPG follows the storyline of the main anime. Characters like Lelouch, Akito, Renya, Oldrin, and Orpheus are seen in the animation. We get to see people changing into mechas to fight some monsters. The monsters could be from the CS world itself. It could be seen that the opening animation has Lelouch as the thumbnail of the video. This fact in itself is attracting more fans to the game. An hour later, after the release of the opening animation of the Geass RPG, another video was posted on YouTube. This video featured characters like C.C. and Suzaku. The list of characters in the game can be seen here. There is a definite hype around the Code Geass fandom. The fandom is excited about the game. Not only could they enjoy a game, but they also get to know a storyline after the original anime. Lelouch had already returned in the 2019 movie, so his presence in the game is obviously exhilarating for the viewers. September 27th is the day to be marked.
