The story of Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu takes place in a world quite similar and yet quite different than ours. The story begins after the end of World War 2, where much like the USA and the former USSR, the world is governed by two superpowers the Federal Republic of Zirnitra in the East and the United Kingdom of Arnack in the West. Just like it was in our history, both the superpowers want to outcompete each other to exert their dominance and dominion over the world and show everyone who the real superpower is.

Therefore, after winning the war, both the powers begin their own space programs in a bid to outdo each other and be the first-ever nation to send a man in space. However, this is when the story takes quite a different turn, the Federal Republic of Zirnitra instead of sending animals as test experiment subjects over to the space, decide to send a vampire  Irina Luminesk into space under the guidance of her supreme commander Lev Laps and together both of them commence a top-secret project the “Nosferatu Project,” aiming to conquer the universe together. However, this mission is technically a way mission for Irina who is being viewed as nothing more than a test experimental subject. Will Lev be able to save her?
