The series is named Love, Death, and Robots, where each episode was produced by a different studio. Similarly, even the  ‘Star Wars: Visions’ anime is being created. Details On Star Wars: Visions and Where To Watch It

This anime anthology series is set in an infamous Science Fiction Universe. In December 2020, it was announced that this series would have nine short films made by seven different creators. Later, on 3rd July 2021, the Special Look and teaser were dropped on YouTube (You can watch it below), which excited the fans. After the wait, the Star Wars anime was up for its release. It was released on 22nd September 2021. Along with all the nine episodes at one go, Which gave the fans to experience everything at once with any long breaks.

As previously announced, LucasFilms released this anime series on the Disney+ platform. One can watch it with a paid subscription to Disney+ or wait when the series comes on Hulu after its initial premiere days.

More On The Studios Involved And The Star-Studded Voice Actors

The news of seven different studios working on one anime had excited many fans across the globe. As a result, the eagerness and want for a dynamic Star Wars: Visions anime was born. According to the reviews, this anime presents a vibrant blend of Star Wars’ splendid imagery mixed with Japanese animation styles. All the anime studios concerned have infused their style in each of the nine episodes and told the stories in their way, because of which the audience is left clueless as to what is going to happen next. The List Of Studios

First Episode, ‘The Duel,’ was produced and worked on by Kamikaze Douga. He is best known for his work in ‘JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure ‘ and Batman Ninja.’

The second Episode, ‘Tatooine Rhapsody,’ was animated by Studio Colorido. They have previously worked on the infamous ‘A Whisker Away ‘ and ‘Burn The Witch.’ They could be referred to as one of the top shot studios in Japan.

The Third Episode and the Seventh Episode, respectively titled as ‘The Twins’ and ‘The Elder,’ were worked on by Studio Trigger. This team has also previously worked on ‘Darling In The Franxx’ and ‘BNA.’

The Fourth Episode, ‘The Village Bride,’ was told and animated by Kinema Citrus. This studio is well known for producing ‘The Rising Of The Shield Hero.’

The Fifth Episode, ‘The Ninth Jedi,’ was animate by Production I.G. This animation studio has been around for a long and has produced some of the biggest animes out there. So having them on the team made the fans even more excited to look forward to this series. They have produced ‘Kuroko’s Basketball,’ ‘Noblesse: Awakening,’ ‘Ghost In The Shell,’ and everyone’s favorite ‘Haikyuu.’

The Sixth Episode and the Ninth Episode, titled ‘TO-B1’ and ‘Akakiri,’ were worked on by Science Saru. They have previously worked on ‘Devilman Crybaby’ and ‘Japan Sinks 2020’.

The Eight Episode, ‘Lop & Ocho,’ was animated by Geno Studio. This studio is the subsidiary of Twin Engine Studio and has previously worked on ‘Golden Kamuy.’

The Voice Actors Cast For Star Wars Anime Series

 

To create a masterpiece of anime, i.e., Star Wars: Visions, such capable studios came together. Along with the studios to put life in the characters, some very talented voice actors stepped forward. With the official trailer above, one can glimpse at how powerful the characters’ voices are. Not only will the English dub give the viewers goosebumps, but the original release in Japanese is equally powerful and filled with emotions. It’s impossible to name each of them, but here are some of the notable names of the voices from the English dub. They include Brian Tee, Lucy Lui in The Dual, and Karen Fukuhara in the lead for The Village Bride. We can also see Joseph Gordon-Levitt in Tatooine Rhapsody, Neil Patrick Harris, and Alison Brie in The Twins.
