The intriguing light novel series Reincarnated As A Sword: Anime Adaptations has captivated the imagination of anime fans. Gentosha, the manga publisher, revealed that Yuu Tanaka and LLO’s “Reincarnated as a Sword” light novel series would be adapted into an anime. LLO, the novel’s illustrator, and the manga artists for the series also provided three celebratory images.

The drawings depict the major characters Fran, the catgirl, and the Sword in various postures. In addition, one lucky fan will be chosen at random to win the hand-drawn artwork in a lottery; for more information, check the Twitter account.

In terms of plot, we follow Fran, who was kidnapped and enslaved by slave traffickers. When a monster attacks her caravan, she discovers a magical Sword and overcomes the beast and slavers. The Sword and the catgirl embarked on an adventure together after instantly bonding.

“Reincarnated as a Sword” anime adaptations have been adapted into two manga series, one by Tomowo Maruyama for the main plot and another by Hinako Inoue for a spinoff. Isekai is venturing into uncharted territory with this anime adaptation, which opens the door to wilder night novel adaptations in the future. So don’t be surprised if “Reborn as a Vending Machine” becomes an anime.

About Reincarnated As A Sword

Reincarnated as a Sword (Tensei Shitara Ken Deshita, I Was a Sword When I Reincarnated), also known as Tenkenis is a light novel series authored by Yuu Tanaka and drawn by Llo. The novel was published by Micro Magazine under their GC Novels label, with the first volume released in July 2016. Tomowo Maruyama created a manga adaptation for the series, which was published by Gentosha Comics. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the light novel and manga for North American distribution. On September 24th, 2021, it was reported that Reincarnated As A Sword anime adaptation would be released alongside the release of Japanese Volume 12.

Story Synopsis Of Reincarnated As A Sword

The storyline of Reincarnated as a sword focuses around a 30-year-old salaryman and gaming enthusiast who is murdered in a car accident and finds himself reincarnated in a fantasy world, albeit in the shape of a sword. Now he’s looking for a gorgeous lady to wield him, and a catgirl named Fran could be just the adventurer he’s looking for. He has no memory of his name, but he recalls everything else about his life as a person.
