Synopsis

The plot follows the Arc End 8th Squad. A gang of “Periods” in a fantastical world that incorporates aspects of mobile gacha games. Magic-users who defeated “Spiral,” monsters summoned from isolation, were referred to as “Period.” Due to the rise of these monsters, 14-year-old Period Haru, a member of the Eighth Arc-end Division, is summoned to stop the cycle and enter the never-ending struggle.
However, the division was bankrupted due to a strange theft. It forced Haru and his fellow companions to flee their headquarters. They must complete quest after quest to rebuild a branch.

Voice behind the series’ theme song!

Natsuki Hanae and Yukari Tamura, who plays Haru and Choco respectively, perform the opening of the song Tokubari Dreamer. Similarly, Sayaka Harada (voice of Mizaru), Akari Kito (voice of Kikazaru), and Ayumu Mano perform the song’s ending.

The last Period anime adaption was aired from April 12 to June 28, 2018. The show aired 12 episodes. Crunchyroll has dubbed the series. Now, Ani-one has started streaming it on YouTube as well. It is currently available on both platforms to the fans of the series. Last Period: Owari Naki Rasen no Monogatari was the series’ original title.
In addition, the game has been downloaded over 5 million times in Japan over this time.

Therefore, people worldwide love and appreciate both the game and anime adaptations of the series.
