Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 seems like a sure thing. With season 1 ending in March this year, fans are looking forward to season 2. Though much cannot be said, we certainly have some news about one of the best anime of this season.
Jujutsu Kiasen Season 1 aired between October 2020 and March 2021. The anime is based on the successful manga by Gege Akutami. It is a widely acclaimed series and is all set to get a movie of its own. Set In a fictional world where curses torment people, Itadori Yuji is a high schooler who gets involved in this dark world of Jujutsu.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Renewal
So far, we have no news from the official sources. Neither Studio Mappa nor the creators have said anything about season 2. However, considering the success of season 1, we can easily say that season 2 will happen. We might get news about season 2 when the movie debuts or maybe even before that. Jujutsu Kaisen Movie Release
Yes! The anime is getting a movie of its own! Titled “Jujutsu Kaisen 0”, the movie will be a prequel to the story. It will cover volume 0 and we will get to see some new and widely awaited characters like Yuta Okkotsu. We might see a younger Gojo, Geto and maybe even get a peep into the zenin family. Most likely, we won’t see Yuji or Nobara but Megumi might appear because of his relation with the Zenin clan. We might see more character devlopment for Yuta’s classmates- Maki, Toge and Panda. Jujtsu Kaisen Season 2 Expectations
The manga has around 147 chapters. Season 1 covers only 64 of them so we have enough material for atleast two more seasons. Since the movie covers Volume 0, other season might cover the Shibuya arc which is the longest in the manga. The season might dwell on Gojo’s past since the animators have been true to the source so far. We might see some intense battles, a fight between Toji and Gojo-Geto and a lot of deaths. Anime only fans need to tighten their seatbelts as the ride is about to get bumpy!
