Following his breakout look at last year’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Spider-Ham is currently getting his very own comic book miniseries.

Ahead of the launch of its December solicits, Marvel Comics has announced the anthropomorphic porcine superhero will soon be starring in Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham. The five-issue miniseries consists of Zeb Well and exemplified by Will Robson, and it’ll include a time-travel team-up using Spider-Man.

Spider-Ham surfaced in 1983’s Marvel Tails Starring Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham, by Larry Hama, Tom DeFalco and Mark Armstrong, since the Spider-Man analog in another Earth. Before this season, Spider-Ham had starred in an oversized annual by Jason Latour, David Lafuente, Rico Renzi and Spider-Verse manufacturers Christopher Miller and Phil Lord. Together with the upcoming miniseries, the zany personality is poised to revisit history in what is guaranteed to be a fun-filled team-up.

Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham #1, by Zeb Wells and exemplified and certainly will Robson, goes on sale in Dec. out of Marvel Comics.
