If you’re into crazy,head-spinning, God-level fights with some of the strongest antagonists with near-invincible powers, then bleach is the anime for you.

The story of the show revolves around the life of a 15-year-old high school student named Kurosaki Ichigo. However, Ichigo is far from being your average high schooler. Ever since he was a child, Ichigo has been able to see and talk to ghosts. Why? No idea.

However, Ichigo’s less than ordinary life completely changes when he meets the Shinigami (Soul Reaper) Kuchiki Rukia. After meeting Rukia, Ichigo finds out that his family is about to be attacked by the monster called “Hollow”. The restless souls who wander on earth for too long and lose their humanity that turns them into hideous monsters.

Seeing his two young sisters on the verge of losing their life, Ichigo makes his resolve and begs Rukia to help him. Rukia, gravely injured as well, stabs Ichigo with her shinigami sword and transfers almost all her powers into Ichigo, making him half human and half Shinigami.

Now together, with Rukia, Ichigo must now fulfil the duties of a shinigami and fight the monstrous hollows. However, a great threat is now approaching Ichigo, a threat bigger than anyone could ever have imagined.
