The female detective of the DC world, Batwoman Ruby Rose’s photo cover dressed in her full Batwoman garb, footing in the light of the Bat Signal is posted by Ryan Higginis on his Twitter handle. This is believed to be the issue’s main cover without any alterations. Four months ago in June, DC requested the issue with an entirely distinct cover. This new photo cover version is going officially on sale from tomorrow on new comic book day.

Detective Comics #854 by Greg Rucka and J.H. Williams released in August 2009 instigated the epochal “Elegy” storyline which premiered the latter-day embodiment of Batwoman. This move on Batwoman became an inspiration for the upcoming CW series going to launch in the next month. The popular detective fiction is written by Caroline Dries and developed by Bertlanti Productions and Warner Bros. The series “Batwoman” features Ruby Rose, Rachel Skarsten, Meagan Tandy, Camrus Johnson, Dougray Scott, Elizabeth Anweis and Nicole Kang.
“Detective Comics” #854 was one of the best single issue comics published in 2009, and it seems that a plethora of such fantastic and exciting issues in the upcoming series screening the Batwoman in such an amazing look will be worth watching.
